FAMILY HOUSE IN MALOBŘEVNOVSKÁ ST.

An end part of a triplex. Formerly cooperative housing, with a layout and structure now technically and morally obsolete. A building current condition practically cannot be renovated, shows the need to slightly enlarge its volume – this need will without a doubt meet the other two parts of the house. The house can be entered through a glazed entrance hall, which is open both to the front and to the garden behind. Through a small hall, a study, toilet and a pantry can be entered. In the centre of the layout there is a spacious living area with a kitchen and large open windows facing both front and back yard. Vertical communication is provided by a linear staircase. On the upper floor, through a cloakroom, you enter two children bedrooms, bathrooms and a technical room. In the attic there is a master bedroom with a separate bathroom and a terrace.
