The buildings volume offers a reasonable extent of population density in a residential neighbourhood of Hanspaulka, taking into consideration a current offer of services and the districts distinct character. The house, despite its non-extravagant and unobtrusive character, offers a luxurious high standard living. Materiality maintains a tradition of architecture with red brick façades which can be found around on various buildings, both old and new.
